Refund policy
Returns:
We're here to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase! That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you a whole month from the day you receive your item to request a return.
For a return to be eligible, just ensure your item is in the same fantastic condition as when you received it—unworn or unused.
To kick off a return, reach out to us at olga@cottonfamily.design. Once your return is accepted, we'll shoot you over friendly instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, we want to help, so please don't send items back without giving us a heads up first.

Refunds:
The moment we receive and check your return, we'll give you the scoop on whether the refund is a thumbs-up or not. If it's a green light, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might need a bit more time to process and post the refund.
If it's been more than 15 business days since we greenlit your return and the refund is still MIA, just give us a shout at olga@cottonfamily.design. We're here for you!
